INIT's first residential project in China is a 250sqm Duplex in the centre of Shanghai. Commisioned by a young entrepreneur the design focuses on the creation of overlapped spaces. Much of the existing structure is demolished as the original spatiality is re-discovered by subtraction. B-Vilion is due to complete in March 2005.
