WEEKEND WORKSHOP CONCEPT

The concept for Weekend Workshop explores the idea of traditional craft of garment-making. The design focuses on a desire to create an environent based on a hybrid reality between garment and furniture. At times the furniture is literally "patched" or "stiched". Out of this emerges a playfulness bringing out the idea of "garment-facture" in contemporary expression.
